If you’re looking to join an MLM, it’s important to make sure you find one that is in a demanding niche.

One niche in particular is health and wellness. You have endless options in this niche which can be both a positive and a negative.

I’ve already told you the positive which is high demand.

But the negative is the amount of scam MLMs that are out there just trying to get your money. Which leads me right into Arego Life?

Many are wondering if this company is legit or not. To find out, I plan on going over everything about this company.

Like their background information, cost to join, and what you can expect if you decide to join this company.

By the end of this review, you’ll have a better understanding if this business is for you or not.

Arego Life Review Summary

Product Name: Arego Life

Founders: Don Coplin, Jim Douville, Jim Douville, and Adam Baadsgaard

Product Type: Health and Wellness MLM

Price to join: $49.95 membership fee + starter set

Best For: No one

Summary: Arego Life is another Health and Wellness MLM that is just like every other Network Marketing business.

The only difference is, unlike most health and wellness companies, Arego Life has very little product to sell.

Most MLMs that operate in this niche have tons of products, which make them very attractive.

Unfortunately this isn’t the case with Arego Life. I would definitely look elsewhere for your business endeavors.

What Is Arego Life?

Founded by Don Coplin, Jim Douville, and Adam Baadsgaard, Arego Life is a network marketing business that operates in the health and wellness niche.

Out of the three, it seems that Douville is the only one with experience when it comes to the MLM industry.

Arego Life was started back in March of 2018, so just like most MLMs, there is a short history to look through.

But enough to learn about what this company is about and if it’s worth joining.

Arego Life Product Line

Unlike most health and wellness MLMs, Arego Life has only one product that it markets.

They call it Adapt X.1 which is marketed as a “patented adaptogen youth formula.” It’s a spray bottle that is said to have many health benefits.

You can expect it to improve your sleep, mood, and skin.

Not sure it actually does any of these things, but if Arego Life states this, then it must be true right?

Well I don’t know about you, but I’m very skeptical. So how much does it cost to purchase this spray bottle?

Well the bottle will cost you about $70 for a 1oz bottle. You can expect about 220 sprays that last you about 30 days depending on how often you use it.

Does The Product Work?

Like with most of these health and wellness products, they always tend to be backed by some type of research.

But in reality, there is no way to verify that it actually works unless you ask people who’ve actually used it.

And based on my research, I wasn’t able to find many user reviews that would verify if this lone product works.

I would bet that this product is pretty generic, and is comparable to a lot of health and wellness products you would find at your local health store.

How To Make Money With Arego Life?

Like most MLM companies, there’s only so many ways in which you can make money. Those ways are:

  1. Selling products the company provides
  2. Recruiting others to sell products

Arego Life is no different. As a distributor, you are given the right to sell the products I’ve listed above.

If you want to make even more money, then recruit others to do the same.

How To Get Started With Arego Life?

To join Arego Life, there is a membership fee that you will have to pay first.

It costs $49.95 to start, but you can also sign up for their executive kit which will cost you $149.95.

Not only will this cover your membership, but it also comes with 2 bottles of the Adapt X.1.

Arego Life Compensation Plan

Expect to earn income either by direct sales commissions or by residual commissions, which is earned by recruiting people into the business.

MLM Commission Qualification

If you can recruit at least one new person into the business while also generating $55 PV a month, this will allow you to qualify for the unilevel commissions.

There’s also a matrix placement that requires you to recruit at least 3 new people into the business each month with a minimum purchase of 1 Adapt X.1 bottle.

Retail Commissions

For every direct sale that you make, you earn a 25% commission. Meaning every Adapt X.1 bottle that you sell will earn you 25% on each sale.

Self -Purchase Commissions

If you decide to purchase the products yourself, you receive a 25% commission, which to me sounds more like a discount.

Recruitment Commissions

This is where you want to get your recruits active in the business. That’s because for every first order product your recruit purchases, members are paid 25%.

Residual Commissions (univlevel)

Each person that you bring into the business are placed under you which is considered level 1.

For each person that your recruits bring into the business, that will be considered level 2.

The same goes for everyone else brought into the business. Each residual commission follows a unilevel structure.

Your commission is based on the volume of sale that is generated for each level:

  • Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) - 3%
  • Levels 2 and 3 - 3%
  • Levels 4 to 6 - 4%
  • Levels 7 and 8 - 5%
  • Level 9 - 2%
  • Level 10 - 1%
Residual Commission (matrix)

For those that were wondering, Arego Life useds a 3x13 matrix. The people that you recruit will be placed at three different positions on level 1.

For the next members that are recruited, there are three more for each member under you giving you a total of 9 positions.

This continues on as you build out your team.

What I Like About Arego Life

I can’t see myself liking anything about this company. They have so much they need to do in order to become a company worth recommending. Until then, I would look for other ways to start a business.

What I Don’t LIke About Arego Life

#1. Banned In Germany For Misleading Claims

It seems that the Adapt X.1 supplement was banned by the Hamburg Regional Court in Germany due to improper marketing tactics.

It was found guilty of this which killed all opportunity for Arego Life to distribute the product to retailers.

To break it down into more detail, the company was marketing the product using medical claims that couldn’t be verified.

Not only that, but they were making false active ingredient claims.

They even used studies and patients that had absolutely nothing to do with the experiment.

When it comes to these health and wellness companies selling products, they need to be cleared by the FDA.

This is especially the case if you’re going to make claims that these products have all types of benefits.

So what needs to be done is, you submit your products to FDA to be tested and verified.

Once this is done, FDA gives you the ok to distribute, which is a big deal when it comes to marketing.

What got Arego Life in trouble was that they maybe tried to avoid the fee, thus not getting cleared by FDA.

#2. They Only Have One Product!

It’s very surprising to see a health and wellness company only have one product to market.

You usually see a healthy lineup of products which makes selling them that much easier.

The fact that they only have one product is going to make it that much harder to sell.

If that’s the case, how much money can you expect to make when customers aren’t given a healthy list of options to choose from.

This will be a big issue for anyone that is looking to make a full time income with this company.

Is Arego Life A Scam?

When it comes to MLMs, the best way to tell if you’re dealing with a scam is by the availability of products to sell.

Most pyramid schemes only allow you to earn income by recruiting people into the business. There are no products to sell which is a poor business model.

But with Arego Life, they have at the minimum one product which makes them legit in my eyes.

I still wouldn’t recommend them due to the low earnings potential, but since the question is asked, I have to answer honestly.
