If you’re someone that is into cosmetics and personal care items and are looking for a way to make money with it, starting a business is a great way to go.
But you’re probably not sure how to get started.

Obviously you’ve heard of them or you wouldn’t be on this site right now. But you’re not sure if they are legit or not.
Well in this review, I plan on going over everything you need to know about them.
Things like their background, cost to join, and the potential earnings you can expect if you join.
After this review you will have a better idea if this business is worth getting into or not.
Atomy Review Summary
Product Name: Atomy
Founders: Han-Gill Park
Product Type: Cosmetics and Personal Care MLM
Price to join: 10,000 PV purchase required
Best For: People who are able to market cosmetics products and who are good at recruiting people
Summary: Atomy is an MLM business that operates in the cosmetics and personal care niche.
They offer its members an opportunity to build a business marketing their products.
Unfortunately if you’re looking to earn full time income, you are looking in the wrong place.
The reason for me saying this is, I see no income disclosure that verifies for me how much members are making in the business.
Having this disclosure would allow others to see if members are actually succeeding.
Another thing I noticed is the heavy reliance on recruiting people into the business.
Based on my experience, this sort of business model is meant to fail since you can only recruit so many people.
What Is Atomy?
Founded by Han-Gill Park out of South Korea, Atomy is another MLM company that operates in the cosmetics and personal care niche.
Han-Gill founded Atomy in 2009 and has built a very respectable company if you compare it to other MLM businesses.
Not only that, but if you talk to Atomy distributors, they’ll tell you this company can provide you with an opportunity to improve your life financially.
But is that really true? We shall find out soon enough.
Atomy Product Line
When dealing with any MLM in the personal care space, you can expect there to be a lot of products available to sell.
As a distributor of the company, your job will be to market these products to your potential customers.
For those interested in what products are available to sell, below is list of what you can expect:
- Skincare: Lotions, sunscreens, moisturizers for morning and evening routines.
- Men’s Care: Aftershaves, perfumes, inner wear, and many more.
- HomeCare: Hygiene products and other commonly used products at home.
- Personal Care: Hair and body wash, creams, and other beauty products.
They also have an Evening Care 4 Set which is their best selling kit.You can find it on Amazon for $44.35 which is said to be great for your skin.
But what makes this product so great is all the benefits you can expect to receive when trying it on.
What is also included in this set is:
- A deep cleanser that goes deep into the pores
- A foam cleanser that uses foam to remove any oils or dirt from your face
- A peeling gel that helps to remove thorns

Does The Product Work?
I would be lying if I said that I actually use these products. That’s why I like to do a bit of searching for people that have used them.
From what I gathered, it seems that people have a pretty positive review of Atomy products.
Some of those reviews claim that they noticed a considerable difference from using the products.
But I would caution that you not take these reviews too seriously, and that you do your own research into the effectiveness of these products.
How To Make Money With Atomy?
There are three ways you can make money with Atomy. Those ways are:
- Selling their products (wholesale to retail)
- Earning commissions
- Recruiting people to access bonuses and higher commissions
How To Get Started With Atomy
To join this company, you’re going to have to spend a little bit of money. To be exact, you will have to purchase at least 10,000 PV which means Personal Volume.
I'm usually skeptical of having to purchase products to become a distributor of any company.
That’s because you’re having to spend money without ever making a sell. This causes many people to not last too long in the business.
Atomy Compensation Plan
Atomy is structured in a way where your team is built in a binary way.
You will have both a left and right leg under you, and as a member you will be classified under five different dealer types.
Along with that, your commission will also be determined by your purchase volume, which is shown below:
- Sales Representative - Accumulate 10,000 to 299,999 PV
- Agent - Accumulate a minimum of 300,000 PV or a Sales Representatives with a smaller leg of at least 600,000 PV accumulated in the previous month
- Special Agent - Accumulate a minimum of 700,000 PV or an Agent with a smaller leg of at least 1.4 million PV accumulated in the last month
- Dealer - Accumulate a minimum of 1,500,000 PV or a Special Agent with a smaller leg of at least 3 million PV accumulated in the previous month
- Exclusive Distributor - Accumulate a minimum of 2,400,000 PV or a Dealer with a smaller leg of at least 4.8 million PV accumulated in the previous month
There’s also another way for you to receive bonuses by getting into what is called “masterships.”
This is separate from rankings which allows you to earn additional income.
But in order to receive commissions as a distributor, you need to complete a purchase volume of 300,000 on each leg every week.
This equates to about $500 in total purchases.
What I Like About Atomy
#1. No Autoshipping
Autoshipping is usually the number one killer for newbies getting started with an MLM.
Autoshipping is where the business requires you to make purchases of their products every month.
This tends to create inventory issues for distributors which can put you out of business very quickly.
Fortunately for Atomy members, Atomy doesn’t require you to do this.
What I Don’t LIke About Atomy
#1.No Income Disclosure Statement
When it comes to declaring if an MLM is worth joining or not is by taking a look at their disclosure statement.
Not only does this let you know how the company is doing financially, but it lets you know what distributors are earning within the company.
Many legit MLM companies have this disclosure which is necessary to the legitimacy of a particular company.
So when I see no disclosure available for Atomy, it just makes me question if this company is actually making any money.
#2.You Need To Recruit
In order to really make any money with this company, recruiting is going to have to be your main hustle.
That’s because their compensation plan doesn’t allow for you to earn much unless you’re able to recruit people into the business.
If you look at their ranking system, not only do you have to generate a lot of sales to move through the ranks, but you also have to build out your downline.
And from my personal experience, and the experience of those I know, bringing people into the business is very difficult.
Friends and family don’t share your passion, therefore you have to recruit people you don’t know.
So it takes a lot of skill to find people who you don’t know that want to join in on the business.
Some will think this is some pyramid scheme. But what separates a pyramid scheme from legit MLMs is having products to sell.
And Atomy has plenty of products for you to choose from.
#3.It’s A Tight Industry
Not only are you competing against other cosmetic retailers, but also social media influencers.
Why would they pay for your expensive product when they can get a cheaper one at a retail store.
And if they do decide to spend money on cosmetics, it would be because an influencer is marketing it.
Therefore as an Atomy distributor, you are dealing with a lot of competition which will make selling very difficult.
And when it comes to recruiting, you will also have to convince them that making money in this business is possible.
Is Atomy A Scam?
The fact that Atomy allows its members to sell products is proof alone that they aren’t a scam.
Now if they didn’t have products to sell and the only method to earning income is through recruiting, then no doubt they would be a scam.
However, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join this company. That’s because the chances of success with this company is very low.
What would help is if they had some sort of disclosure statement for people to look through.
The fact that they don’t, leaves one to believe members aren’t making money.
